The Children's Dental Center
The Children's Dental Center is new volunteer opportunity for Delta Delta Sigma members. If you would like to volunteer, take a look at the calendar below and email us with the dates and hours you would like to volunteer and in which position. All of the information and descriptions of each volunteer position can be found below. The Smile Store and The Toothfairy Cottage are always open for volunteers to come in even though it doesn't say that on the calendar. Email us if you have any questions!

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm

The Toothfairy Cottage
If you choose to volunteer here, you will be interacting with children and helping in one of four stations: 1) Teaching children about nutrition 2) The coloring station 3) The laboratory 4) Oral health instruction.

The Smile Store
Here's where the actual dental stuff happens. Volunteering here, you will be helping with filing and billing (this sounds boring, but is very important and great for networking and learning the business side to dentistry). Volunteers will often be asked to assist, so this is a great place to shadow and learn dental procedures.

Health Fairs
I think this is self-explanatory (basically helping to distribute oral health information). These take place all day on Saturdays, so just let us know which hours you can come help out. You'll be working with Stephaney, who is really nice and hilarious!
